Our story

A neighborhood coffee bar built around craft and community.

Founded in 2023, Brew & Co was born from a simple idea: that a truly exceptional cup of coffee can slow down even the busiest city day. Our founders, longtime baristas and coffee educators, wanted to create a warm, modern space where curious coffee lovers could gather, learn, and savor carefully crafted drinks.

Every detail inside Brew & Co is intentional, from the warm amber lighting and textured timber bar to the playlists curated by local DJs. We see our shop as an extension of the neighborhood—comfortable enough to feel familiar, refined enough to feel special, and always grounded in genuine hospitality.

Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where coffee lovers can explore new flavors, connect with friends, and support a supply chain that honors farmers and roasters. Brew & Co is tucked on a leafy side street just off the main avenue, a quick walk from downtown offices, galleries, and the riverfront. Step inside and you will trade city noise for the gentle hum of grinders, low conversation, and records spinning behind the bar.

We designed our space to feel welcoming at every hour: sunlight pouring over the bar in the morning, warm lamplight in the evenings, and plenty of outlets and cozy nooks for laptops, notebooks, or long overdue conversations.

Getting here

Two blocks from Central Station (Blue and Green lines) and directly on the Market Street bike corridor. Limited street parking is available; we recommend walking, biking, or public transit whenever possible.

Pro tip: visit just after the morning rush between 9:30 and 11:00 AM for the perfect balance of energy and open seats, or swing by late afternoon when the light pours across the bar for a golden-hour cold brew.

Yes. We always stock oat and almond milk for all espresso and tea drinks at no extra charge during morning hours, and we regularly feature at least two vegan pastry options from our partner bakery. Many of our syrups are made in-house and can be customized to be fully dairy-free.
